Ingredients
  

  • For the Mango Filling:
  • 2 ripe mangoes diced
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • For the Crumble Topping:
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup cold butter diced
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 –3 tablespoons cold water

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Mango Filling
  • In a mixing bowl, combine diced mangoes, sugar, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Mix well and set aside.
  • Make the Crumble Topping
  • In a food processor, pulse flour, butter, sugar, sea salt, and vanilla until crumbly. Gradually add cold water and pulse until the mixture holds together when pinched.
  • Assemble the Crumble
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Press half the crumble into the bottom of the baking dish to form a crust.
  • Spread mango filling evenly over the crust.
  • Top with the remaining crumble mixture.
  • Bake
  • Bake for 45–50 minutes, until golden brown and bubbly.
  • Cool completely before serving.
