Step 1: Prepare the Biscuit Crust

Transfer to a greased pizza pan, pressing and sealing edges.
Bake for 8–10 minutes until lightly golden. Set aside.

Cook sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned (do not drain).
Sprinkle in flour and stir to coat the sausage.
Gradually whisk in milk, then season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Simmer for 5–7 minutes, stirring until thickened. Remove from heat.
Step 3: Assemble the Pizza
Spread sausage gravy over the baked crust.
Evenly distribute scrambled eggs on top.
Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheese over the eggs.
Step 4: Bake
Return to oven and bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Step 5: Garnish and Serve
Sprinkle with chopped green onions if desired.
