Ingredients

  • 1 lb breakfast sausage
  • ÂĽ cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

  • 4 large eggs scrambled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ÂĽ cup chopped green onions optional

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Prepare the Biscuit Crust
  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Lightly flour a surface and roll out the biscuit dough into a 12-inch circle.
  • Transfer to a greased pizza pan, pressing and sealing edges.
  • Bake for 8–10 minutes until lightly golden. Set aside.
  • Step 2: Make the Sausage Gravy
  • Cook sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned (do not drain).
  • Sprinkle in flour and stir to coat the sausage.
  • Gradually whisk in milk, then season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Simmer for 5–7 minutes, stirring until thickened. Remove from heat.
  • Step 3: Assemble the Pizza
  • Spread sausage gravy over the baked crust.
  • Evenly distribute scrambled eggs on top.
  • Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheese over the eggs.
  • Step 4: Bake
  • Return to oven and bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Step 5: Garnish and Serve
  • Sprinkle with chopped green onions if desired.
  • Slice and serve warm—perfect for breakfast, brunch, or breakfast-for-dinner!
