  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup shredded sweetened coconut
  • 1 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt for a lighter version

  • Stir in sour cream or Greek yogurt until everything is well coated.
  • Fold in whipped topping for a fluffy, creamy finish.
  • Step 4: Chill
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let the flavors blend and the salad firm up.

  • Stir gently before serving. Garnish with extra coconut, cherries, or nuts if desired.

Notes

🔥 Tips for Success Use Fresh Fruit: Try fresh pineapple, oranges, or berries for added texture and flavor. Control Sweetness: Reduce marshmallows or use unsweetened coconut if you prefer less sweetness. Add a Tropical Twist: Mix in diced mango, kiwi, or banana. Make Ahead Friendly: Best served chilled and can be made up to 24 hours in advance.
