Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup vanilla wafer crumbs
  • 1/2 cup ripe banana mashed (about 1 medium banana)
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup instant vanilla pudding mix dry
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips or melting wafers
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil or shortening optional
  • Crushed vanilla wafers or sprinkles for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Make the Truffle Dough
  • In a mixing bowl, combine vanilla wafer crumbs, mashed banana, cream cheese, pudding mix, and vanilla extract.
  • Mix until thick and smooth.
  • Roll into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Freeze for 30 minutes to firm up.
  • Step 2: Coat in White Chocolate
  • Melt white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring each time.
  • Add coconut oil if needed for a smoother consistency.
  • Dip frozen truffles using a fork or skewer and return to parchment paper.
  • Top immediately with crushed wafers or sprinkles.
  • Step 3: Set & Serve
  • Let truffles set at room temp or chill for 15 minutes until firm.
  • Serve chilled or at room temperature.
