Total Time 20 minutes mins
- 2 large flour tortillas 10–12 in
- 7 oz 200 g cooked chicken, chopped or shredded
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp plain or Greek yogurt
- 2 tsp hot sauce optional
- ½ tsp salt
- 3 oz ≈ ¾ cup shredded cheddar cheese (or mozzarella/Monterey Jack)
- 1 green onion chopped (optional)
- Olive oil or cooking spray for frying
Make filling – Mix chicken, garlic, mayonnaise, yogurt, hot sauce, and salt in a bowl.
Assemble – On each tortilla place a small layer of cheese, add chicken mixture, then top with more cheese and green onion.
Fold – Tuck in sides and roll tightly.
Cook – Heat a lightly oiled skillet on medium. Place wraps seam-side down, cover, and cook 3–4 min per side until golden and cheese is melted.
Serve – Slice in half and eat hot.
Covering the pan helps melt the cheese without burning the tortilla.
Swap cheeses or add extras (spinach, jalapeños, mushrooms).
To bake instead: 400 °F / 200 °C for 10–12 min, flipping once.
Make filling ahead; refrigerate up to 3 days
