Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups cooked shredded chicken rotisserie works great
  • 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce like Frank’s RedHot
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 9 lasagna noodles cooked and drained
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions or parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Make the Buffalo Chicken
  • In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce and ranch seasoning. Stir in softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth and well combined.
  • Step 2: Prepare the Ranch White Sauce
  • In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour and cook 1 minute. Slowly whisk in chicken broth and milk. Add garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer 4–5 minutes until slightly thickened.
  • Step 3: Assemble the Lasagna
  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Spread a thin layer of white sauce on the bottom of your baking dish. Layer noodles, buffalo chicken mixture, cheeses (mozzarella & cheddar), and more white sauce. Repeat layers, ending with cheese on top.
  • Step 4: Bake
  • Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 10–15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  • Step 5: Garnish & Serve
  • Let rest 10 minutes before slicing. Top with green onions or parsley for a fresh finish.
