Ingredients
  

  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 chicken breasts boneless or bone-in***
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • In a small bowl combine the salt and spices with oil to create a paste. Coat chicken breasts with the paste.
  • Place the chicken in a small baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, until cooked through and no longer pink. The internal temperature should reach 165-degrees.
  • *** Bone-in chicken breasts will take longer to cook through. Add 5 minutes to the baking time and check for doneness.

Notes

To Store: Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 4 days. Cooked chicken can also be frozen in a freezer-safe resealable bag for up to 4 months. Thaw in the fridge and reheat in a baking dish with chicken broth at 375ºF until the chicken is heated through.
