Ingredients

  • ¼ cup ranch dressing
  • 1 tsp hot sauce optional
  • 2 green onions sliced

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Prepare the Fries

  • Spread evenly on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  • Step 2: Add Cheese
  • Transfer hot fries to an oven-safe dish or keep them on the baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle evenly with cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese.
  • Return to oven and bake for 5 more minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Step 3: Add the Finishing Touches
  • Drizzle with ranch dressing and optional hot sauce.
  • Top with sliced green onions and crumbled bacon.
  • Serve immediately while hot and melty!
