Ingredients
  

  • 2 pieces naan bread store-bought or homemade
  • 1 cup cooked chicken shredded or diced (rotisserie recommended)
  • 1/2 cup tzatziki sauce
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/4 cup red onion thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup cucumber diced
  • 1/4 cup bell peppers thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese optional
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Fresh dill or parsley chopped (for garnish)
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Preheat the Oven
  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Step 2: Prep the Naan
  • Place naan on a baking sheet.
  • Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with dried oregano.
  • Step 3: Assemble the Pizzas
  • Spread tzatziki over each naan, leaving a small edge.
  • Top with chicken, tomatoes, onion, cucumber, and bell peppers.
  • Sprinkle with feta and mozzarella cheese.
  • Step 4: Bake
  • Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until naan is golden and cheese melts.
  • Step 5: Garnish & Serve
  • Let cool slightly. Top with fresh dill or parsley.
  • Serve with lemon wedges for a bright finish.

Notes

🧄 Tips for Success Homemade Tzatziki Tip: Mix 1 cup Greek yogurt, 1/2 cup grated cucumber (drained), 1 minced garlic clove, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp olive oil, salt & pepper. Customize It: Add spinach, olives, artichokes, or sun-dried tomatoes. Crispier Crust: Pre-bake the naan for 3–4 minutes before adding toppings. Spicy Twist: Add red pepper flakes or a drizzle of hot sauce.
