Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine mashed bananas, melted butter, sugar (or honey), eggs, and vanilla extract.

  • In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  • 4️⃣ Blend Mixtures
  • Gradually stir the dry ingredients into the wet mixture. Mix gently until just combined—don’t overmix.

  • Stir in chopped walnuts or pecans evenly.

  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  • Bake for 50–60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
